Had an issue with a recent order direct from DPG, I ordered the ultramarine/ork storage boxes along with the Castellum Stronghold.
I was amazed with the shipping as it arrived within a working week to Australia but unfortunately someone had forgotten to pack the Castellum Stronghold in the box.
I've messaged DPG twice through their contact form and through their facebook page but haven't had a reply.
Anyone else experienced this before? Do any DPG staff monitor this forum?
I only want the Castellum stronghold to be shipped or the cost refunded.
Unfortunately, packing errors happen. I've had the issue before but always got a replacement, so no worries.
DPG watches this forum. They're building up a new after-sales system to get replies out more quickly. The old and archaic email support system isn't doing them any favors so it' finally time to get something better up.
Basile's in charge of after-sales service at the moment. He will get back to you but it takes time.
