Concerning pricing, you’ll find that the general value of our pledges has gone up since the campaign because of all the additional content our backers added thanks to their effort. You get a 33% discount compared to retail price, access to the Pledge Manager and the 25% reduction on all our products as well as no additional delivery cost!

#Pledge Manager

As you know soldiers, the Pledge Manager is here! You don’t know how to proceed? Then just follow our steps by steps tutorial!

If you already have a Devil Pig Games account and it is already linked to your Kickstarter account, you can go directly to 3).

1) Create your Devil Pig Games account (Do it only if you haven’t already one.)

• To do so, please visit our website: www.devil-pig-games.com
• Click “Register” in the black bar at the top of the page.
• Fill in the form. Click on “Register”.

Your account is created!

2) Link your kickstarter pledge to your Devil Pig Games account (DO IT ONLY IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY DID IT DURING ONE OF OUR PREVIOUS KICKSTARTER)

• Make sure you are connected to our website.
• Click on “Pledge Manager” in “Crowdfunding” menu.
• Click on the “Heroes of Normandie – Big Red One Edition” picture.
• Put your Kickstarter Name, enter your Kickstarter email address, which is used to log on to Kickstarter and receive updates
• Click on “Save”.

3) Filling the pledge manager

—– STEP 1 – MY PLEDGES

Go here and log on: http://bit.ly/DPGPledgeManager

Choose the language of your pledge.

• If you want to modify it again, click on the “Modify language” link in the chosen pledge line, as on the screenshot below
• If you want to change for a bigger pledge level, click on the name of the pledge level in the line “Upgrade pledge” beyond the chosen pledge line, as on the screenshot below.

BEWARE! The “minimum pledge” (pledge without reward) is considered a contribution level with the same shipping costs as the basic pledge.

—– STEP 2 – ADDITIONAL PLEDGES

If you want to add an additional pledge for a friend, you can add as many pledges as you want, the shipping will be added automatically.

To do this, add as many pledges as you wish by clicking on “Add to cart” button under each pledge you wish to add to your cart.

By default, the language of the additional pledges is the same as your first pledge, but you can change it as for the first pledge.

You may change your shipping address by returning to this page and registering again your address. It is possible until we close definitively the pledge manager, just before sending the dispatch files to the hubs.

—– STEP 4 – VALIDATION OF MY PLEDGE

This is a summary of what you took. Several situations are available to you:

• Your “Left to pay” is less than or equal to 0 €: Click on “Validate my pledge”
• Your “Left to pay” is more than 0 €: Click on “Go to payment” and follow the payment procedure, your pledge manager will be automatically validated after validation of your payment.

BEWARE: you cannot pay by Paypal.

#Delivery Objection

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain countries that can be located in South America, Africa or Russia (too many lost packages) or destinations such as Chad or Antarctica. In this case, we commit to refund you 100% before the dispatch.

#Q&A

-> Why do not you use Paypal for the pledge manager?

Paypal assimilates Kickstarter to pre-order and because of this, it blocks most of the money spent by backers until delivery, and maybe a long time after. We cannot accept it. But, now, we propose you Stripe!

-> Can I add products after the validation?

No, it will not be possible.

-> What happens if I want to change my address?

You will need to follow this procedure:

• Log in to our website www.devil-pig-games.com
• Put your mouse on “Crowdfunding” menu
• Click on “Pledge manager”
• Click on the project Heroes of Normandie – Big Red One Edition
• Go at the bottom of the page (address section)
• Change your address
• Click on “Save” button

-> How can I delete a contribution or addon or product?

Click on the “Delete” button in the price box of the pledge to be deleted, in the “My Pledges” category.

-> What will happen to me if I forget to fill my pledge manager on time?

Do not wait until the last moment to fill it, because after the closure, a manual processing fee will be applied, and this fee will increase as soon as the production begin. After the dispatch, postal charges are also likely to increase as we will no longer benefit from negotiated postal rates for the dispatch of thousands of kickstarter parcels and they may leave a hub farther away from you.

-> What happens if I don’t fill the Pledge Manager at all?

If you do not fill out the Pledge manager at all, a case in which we won’t have any info. You can ask for a reimbursement from which we will deduce 15% equivalent to our Kickstarter fees.

   Nice, As someone who picked up Heroes of Stalingrad after the Kickstarter and minus the extras,I would love to see more content made for HoS.
