Hello all, I'm new here.

Recently placed an order via the Devil Pig store. Just wondering if anyone knew how long, typically, it takes before it ships out (it's been about 5 days with no movement).

Hi, five days… including two weekend days (or not). Which, if you count the weekend days, should only be about three days since your last order. Devil Pig Games is a small company, don't expect same-day shipping or something similar. I would give it a little longer before opening an after-sales support ticket.


I don't think there is a standard delay for how long it might take before a shipment arrives. It depends on a lot of factors (location in the world, local shipping delays, …).

My experience has been 2 weeks delivery to UK. Never had an issue when buying direct from their shop, nothing lost or missing just not immediate action.

I agree with Picton – I have found buying from DP direct to be no problem, but you may need to wait a couple of weeks – they are also currently in the middle of shipping out the Battle for Caen Kickstarter which may also impact on deliveries.

So, while I never got a "it shipped" notice (which is what I was expecting), my order suddenly arrived today!

Befuddled, but pleased with the overall outcome.


Only suggestion is to improve the "we got your order, and here's the tracking info" side of things going forward, since without that I assumed nothing was happening.

To give you an official answer and explaination it varies a lot depending on multiples things


Our shipping forces are shared with another company (Surfin meeple). Which mean if they are overwelmed by something else, we might experience delay in shipping.

Same with special period like post kickstarter shipping (like actually) because we are focused on sending customer care as fast as possible for everyone asking for it. Same with big discount like the Black friday since we got a lot to ship


Overall I will say 5 days or less if there's nothing special happening.

Assuming you are in the US, it will be coming USPS and require a signature. The last package I got from DPG someone at USPS entered the wrong number and there is STILL and "undelivered" package in their system from last year 🙂

I've bought many times direct from Devil Pig and no issues at all. I placed an order in the last week and got the email stating it had shipped in 2 days. I don't expect such good service from the post office but I think that's fantastic. I'm in the UK by the way.
