There is no custom unit generator for any HSTS game.

Dang, that would make it soooo much easier for those wanting to make custom scenarios and such.

It exists some map generators for the V1 (Tilesystm, BGMapeditor fort exemple) which allow you to create your own scenario.

And the Army Manager enables to create armies.
