I have noticed that in Black Reach the "Medic" skill have been changed into something not so useful (cure a Suppression Token) compared to the original "medic" skill (cure a wound and Suppression token)…


Why did you opt to make this apparently unexplainable modification to the original rule?

In Black Reach, the Space Marine Apothecary (their medic) and the Painboy (the orkish counterpart) can cure only Suppression markers insteed of giving proper cure to their allied troops… Why this change?!? Just to save 2 "red cross" tokens like those appearing in the other game of the Heroes System?!?

Do you really think it's to save 2 tokens??


Many aspects of black reach is different, it's not only a reskin.


Or you could assume that they saved on the wooden order tokens for the orks 😉


It's just different. Do whatever you want, but of course an official statement would be interesting 🙂

Martinsn means – to have Devil Pig Games tell us why they changed the Medic skill. This would be an "official" reason.
