[Italian Ed.] ISSUES WITH MISSION 6 SETUP !
ISSUES WITH MISSION 6 SETUP ! Posted on [09/01/2023] à 11:08

Hi guys, my copy of the mission booklet (italian language) has an oddity in the setup passages and map:

There it is stated that orks have to enter from the arrows depicted onto the map.. Unfortunately, the map does not show any!!! There are only the 2 deployement zones coloured in green for the orks and in blue for the marines…

May you tell me or post me here the correct map & setup?

Thank you in advance!

Ivan,

I am sorry you are having so many issues with the Italian edition of the game…However, that is not something that DPG can address. The files and such are not held by DPG, who has only the English and French versions of the files.

Furthermore, you are creating a lot of confusion here in the English language forums, reporting errors that don't exist in the English version of the game. You must stop posting threads stating errors/issues/mistakes unless they are for English language products. Those are the only products addressed in these forums, and I am going to have to enforce that.

That being said, since there are no Italian language forums here I am certainly not opposed to you creating a SINGLE topic for all the errors in the Italian version of the game. Go ahead and create a thread in the MISTAKES forum whose Thread Subject explicitly mentions that it is for the ITALIAN edition of the rules. You can then collect your questions there and any folks who want to help with the rules can post there to answer the questions to help any Italian players. I know I am willing to help clarify questions so that you can understand the rules and enjoy the game.

Hopefully that is a compromise that will get your questions answered without filling up the forums with spurious reports of errors that do not exist in the versions of the products these forums are tasked with supporting.

I would recommend formatting it along the lines I use for the product info threads — use the first post as an index, with links to the various posts and/or answers so people can find the answers they need.

In addition to what Nostradunwhich said above, you can always compare your Italian scenario booklet with the downloadable English version of the HoBR scenarios here:

Thank you… At least you are polite. I thought that the forum was unique for the whole gaming community, not divided into forum for italians and forum for english or french speaking people…

This forum is not split up to divide the community, it's just there to accommodate people with different language skills. Not everyone speaks English, or French fluently so the forum allows people to communicate in their native language.

At the moment there are only four languages available, and Italian isn't one of them.

Then allow me to put things in the english forum otherwise how could I ask or say something? It seems kinda discriminatory towards me… Keeping into account that I think to have a quite fair english proficiency, at least better than the average italian or french individuals…
