I have not yet received the products I bought on the 27/28 of december 2022…


There is a way to contact the delivery company or to see on the web where my package is, or when it will be delivered to me?

go to https://www.laposte.fr/#suivre and enter your order shipping reference in the "Suivre un envoi" box 😉

You should add the link to this service so to allow every customer like me to track their packs!!! You should make it more visible in your site or when you send to the customers the letters regarding the packs you prepared and sent.

the shipping reference is clearly visible in the order page, and you can also use 17track.net that identifies almost any courier using only its reference
