SON Preorder Status

I placed a preorder to DPG in May of 2020. The order was for:


P500 Cthulhu Mythos Bundle #1

P500 SoN Unit Storage Box Bundle

Cthulhu Mythos Set – Call 4

Battleground set 4 – The sewers


None of this has been shipped to me. I have not received any email or message regarding the status of this order. Despite my love for the Heroes system and ownership of most of the line, I am hesitant to continue pledging to DPG projects given their relatively rocky track record and my order's status. Does anyone know if these pieces have been manufactured and delivered? Thanks.

For future reference, information on Shadows Over Normandie will likely be in the Shadows Over Normandie forum. There would will find the thread from March of 2021 talking about the delivery of the P500.

Thanks. I submitted a ticket. According to Bart, my preorder should have been delivered a while back.
