Any idea when the rules for The Choir of Nightmares will be published?

Currently, it it not clear how some of the chants work.

Was hoping for some kinda Madness check or something like that when having to fight in the sewers. I mean, it's not only water flowing down there and I'm sure it's bad enough to have people trying to kill you as your knee deep in yesterday's chili cook off!
