The overall print quality is okay, icons and terrain elements are readable.
After looking at the tiles in detail, I noticed that the new tiles have a grid of small dots all over them. This applies to every new piece that I received (Sewers, Drop Pods, Battleground Set). The Core Box terrain does not have that. Light sources above the new tiles also reflect off of them, not really the case for the Core Box terrain. Different printer/technology? It's like comparing matte laptop screens to glossy laptop screens.

The worst part is that the colour of the water changes between the two canal tiles in the Battleground Set. They are not even consistently different 🙁
Below is a close-up shot of the tiles, Core Box on the left, Battleground Set on the right:

I don't mind that, for example, the Sewers are printed with the new "glossy" printer since they are a standalone product. However, it does look like the factory messed up for the Battleground Set. We know that DPG received production samples a few months prior to the shipment, weird that they didn't notice or were okay with that (based on the comments, I assume this is a global issue).
