I'm on my third set of support requests to have my Pig Back from Hell pledge and separate P500 Cthulhu Mythos Bundle #1 and #2 order fulfilled.


One or both of them were "transferred to the US customer care" and/or closed a month ago. Follow up tickets have the same copy/paste response.


My first order on the store was placed in January 2015 and I am (embarrassingly) at the 15% discount for life level on the DPG store.


Question: what does it take for DPG to care enough to research my specific order problems and get back to me?

Support let me know that they were sending a shipment from France. I don't know if this is Pig Back from Hell and/or Cthulhu. Will update when it arrives.
