Your contact forms don't seem to work? So I'll try here:


Hi, during our holiday we bought Age of Tower, but were sad to learn there was French text on the cards. I already tried to contact you twice with the following question: can you send me a set of English cards for Age of Tower. Payment, of course, is no problem!

Please let us know if you have received this message this time. When you need additional information, please let me know!

Sorry to hear you ran into such a problem. There should have been a French language icon on the box (IIRC), but in any case you will not get an answer from DPG for another week, unfortunately…

So they will get back to you, but not for a bit yet. Once they get back into the shop the will likely have to prioritize emails and go through the backlog. Someone should be back in touch with you, but I am not sure when that would happen.

I haven't received anything thus far. The 'after sales service' form is still broken. Have tried again through the 'other questions' form.

The contact form is the best way to reach them atm.


Axel is out of pocket until the middle of the month, but I expected others to be back by now. If it makes you feel less singled out, I also have email in to DPG awaiting answers to questions and such, so you are not alone 😯

Can you please send me the English cards? A few months back I paid for the English cards, and you send them to me. Only upon opening the package to discover it was the French version!


Have tried repeatedly through email and contact form, so hopefully this generates a response: can you please send the English cards? I even don't care if I have to pay the 9,60 transfer costs again.


At the moment I've spend a lot of money on a game I cannot play. Please help me (and my son) out!

Unfortunately, there is nothing DPG can do for you at this point. As announced previously:

Age of Towers is now owned by Bragelonne Games (along with Kharnage). DPG does not have any stock as of the move out of the Paris office.


I don't have too much on the company myself, so perhaps your Google Fu can get you in touch with someone who can help. I wish I had better news for you.
